Fast Blogging: Bookmarklet
Use the bookmarklet to add web links quickly to your eCognition Community blog
How? Simply click the button marked "Bookmarket" on the left side of the screen, then drag the button to your browser bookmark bar, where it will become
a link button.

Now, whenever you are at a website and you want to
quickly share the URL of the site on the eCognition Community, simply click on the
bookmarklet button and it can be added by pressing Save on the
resulting screen.
Tip:
If you select a bunch of text on the site that you are bookmarking, the
selected text will be automatically copied over to the 'description'
text area of the link entry - you can save a lot of time like this.
By the way, blogging is a great way to get conversations going. You can simply comment on stuff from the web, give a short opinion, or write a giant diatribe is you want. Your blog has an RSS feed as well - so people can choose to follow you by subscribing - if your opinions prove to be very influential that is ;)
